Essential Responsibilities:

GEベルノバで推進するLEAN生産方式のもと修理工程の継続的な改善をリードしその成果を海外の修理拠点へ展開しますグローバルの仲間と協働しながら挑戦と学びを重ね効率的で価値の高い修理プロセスを実現していくポジションです

As part of GE Vernovas company-wide LEAN production activities this position supports continuous improvement of repair processes. This role also shares information and results of continuous improvement activities with overseas repair addition as an individual we collaborate with colleagues from various organizations around the world to challenge learn and achieve results in a fun efficient and failure-free way.

Roles and Responsibilities

• プロジェクトのマイルストーンを追跡および更新し問題の特定と解決を支援する

• 関係者にリーンツールとプロセスの十分な理解を提供する

• プロジェクトチームが適切なリーンツールと技術を確実に適用する

• プロセスデータを収集および分析し解決策の特定と改善の実施を支援する

• 現場のプロジェクトチームと協力してリーン活動をビジネス目標にリンクさせ変革計画を策定する

• 組織の思考と行動に影響を与える方法で継続的改善方法論のベストプラクティスを開発し伝達する

• ボトルネックを特定し無駄を排除するためにバリューストリームマッピングプロセスフローラインバランシングの研究をリードする

• 品質生産事務処理フロー製品フロー廃棄物管理を含む製造プロセスのポリシーと手順を開発し作成する

• リーン委員会の会議を調整し促進する

• リーン活動の主要な指標を追跡し報告する

• Track and update project milestones and help to identify and resolve issues

• Provide associates a good understanding of Lean tools and processes

• Ensure that project teams apply appropriate Lean tools and techniques

• Collect and analyze process data help identify solutions and implement improvements

• Link Lean activities to the business objectives and develop transformation plans in collaboration with site project teams

• Develop and communicate of best practices for continuous improvement methodology in a manner that influences organizational thought and behavior

• Lead value stream mapping process flow and line balancing studies to identify bottlenecks and eliminate waste

• Develop and write policies and procedures for manufacturing processes includes quality production paperwork flow product flow and waste control

• Coordinate and facilitate Lean committee meetings

• Track and report key metrics on lean activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 英語読み書きおよびコミュニケーションが可能な方TOEIC700点以上目安

• 日本語日本語能力試験N2N1または同等レベル

• 工場におけるEHS業務の実務経験2年以上

• 製造業を含む一般産業分野での業務経験

• Microsoft WordExcelPowerPointOutlookMicrosoft TeamsなどのPCスキル

• 対人関係構築力および人材マネジメントスキル

• 規制コンプライアンスおよび日本国内の関係当局行政機関の要件に関する実務知識

• Ability to communicate/read/write in English (TOEIC 700pts or above)

• Japanese language proficiency level N2-N1 or equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years work experience in EHS execution at factory

• Previous experience general industry environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word Microsoft Teams Excel Outlook Power Point.

• Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills

• Working knowledge in regulatory compliance as well as all Japanese (local) agencies and Authorities requirements
