Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Execute engineering tasks and support production to achieve process KPIs: Output Quality and Scrap Cost.
Perform periodic verification and manage test fallout dispositions.
Analyze test log files to identify failure modes and troubleshoot failed modules.
Follow up on Special Build Requests and compile data summaries for product engineers.
Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing process equipment to meet yield targets.
Demonstrate strong observational skills to detect discrepancies and understand test processes in detail.
Communicate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
Provide clear updates and feedback to ensure smooth operations.
Drive continual improvement initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Education & Experience

Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industries preferably 8 years experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
Willing to work on 12-hours shift independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
Good computer literacy SPC & OPAC knowledge.
Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
