WTW is inviting experienced General Insurance (GI) Pricing Actuaries to join our Actuarial Talent Pool within the ICT (Insurance Consulting & Technology) team in Malaysia.

About the ICT Team
Our ICT team partners with insurers across the region to deliver actuarial analytics and technology-driven solutions. We combine deep actuarial expertise with innovative tools to help clients manage risk improve performance and navigate a changing insurance landscape.

As part of WTWs ICT team you will work at the intersection of actuarial pricing underwriting business strategy AI and technology. You will collaborate with actuaries data scientists and consultants to deliver innovative pricing and advanced analytics solutions to insurers across the region. The role offers exposure to exciting GI pricing claims and data science transformation projects and opportunities to help our insurance clients shape their end-to-end pricing process and embed AI into the different parts of their insurance value chain.

What You May Be Involved In
Responsibilities will vary depending on role level and business needs and may include:

• Actuarial analysis across areas such as pricing reserving capital and financial reporting
• Development review and enhancement of actuarial models and tools
• Data analysis and interpretation to support client insights and decision-making
• Collaboration with consultants technologists and regional teams on client engagements
• Supporting continuous improvement of methodologies processes and technology solutions

What Were Looking For

• We are keen to connect with candidates who have:
• Solid experience in GI pricing and rate deployment
• Experienced users of Emblem/REA or Radar tools Python
• Strong technical actuarial foundation and business understanding across pricing product design claims and underwriting
• Good progress on actuarial exams
• Strong interest in AI data science and advanced analytics

• Ability to communicate business insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
