Job Summary

Receptionist

Tye TX

  • Answer all calls high volume on a multi-line system transfer calls throughout the company as needed.
  • Sort collate and input invoices purchase orders scanned and uploaded documents.
  • Keep up with insurance make sure we have up-to-date info upload into company database.
  • Prepare daily cash reports credit card and cash. Take all payments as needed.
  • File all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders. Verify they are entered once they are paid and then file.
  • Collect references for credit applications and collect necessary signatures.
  • Accounts Receivable - Collections
  • Organize office supply orders.
  • Various tasks as assigned by supervisor.
