We are searching for a Manager Digital Supply Chain in our publishing space to help navigate technically demanding ads and storefront presentation challenges. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious Invent and Simplify Bias for Action and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Hire and develop the best to recruit grow retain and promote talents
- Own ads availability and storefront duplicate metrics
- Contribute to defining product value propositions advantages and limitations
- Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented
- Drive operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing product/engineering teams to enable automation

As a Manager Digital Supply Chain - Publishing we are looking for a people leader who brings innovation and simplicity to the space and drives solutions for supply chain efficiency and continuous process this role you will have the opportunity to lead a team and work with various stakeholders including global cross-functional teams within Amazon. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial wear many hats and work in a fast-paced dynamic and highly collaborative environment. - Bachelors degree or Bachelors degree in supply chain management operations engineering analytics or related field
- 5 years of people management experience
- 10 years of supply chain experience

- Masters degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital streaming or a related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
