What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and oversee all dealership operations including sales service finance and administrative functions
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and operational excellence
Inspire coach and develop high-performing teams across every department
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies that increase vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
Analyze key performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
Partner with inventory management to maintain competitive and market-responsive vehicle inventory
Ensure Compliance with All Automotive Regulations Policies and Manufacturer Standards
Monitor Dealership Financial Performance and Implement Strategies to Maximize Profitability and Efficiency
Foster a Culture Centered Around Teamwork Accountability and Exceptional Customer Experiences
Perform Other Leadership Responsibilities As Needed to Support Dealership Success
