Primary Function

TheFacilitiesCoordinatoris responsible foroverseeing the maintenance safety and operational integrity of the facility. This role ensures that all facility systemsincluding security sanitation HVAC and infrastructureare functioning optimally and in compliance with federal standards and protocols.

All services shall be providedin accordance withestablished standards principles and ethics of the professionapplicableprofessional specialty organizations and the high-quality standard for whichAcuityInternational is recognized. Actively support and uphold the Companys stated visionmissionand values.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate andmonitordaily facility operations including maintenance janitorial services and security systems.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.

  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and service disruptions.

  • Ensure compliance with Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS) OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

  • Liaise with contractors vendors and internal departments to manage repairs upgrades and inspections.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of maintenance activities inspections and service requests.

  • Support space planning renovations and facility improvement projects.

  • Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies and equipment.

  • Assistwith environmental and energy conservation initiatives.

  • Participate in audits and inspections conducted by government client or other oversight bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Associate orBachelorsdegree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations preferably in secure or institutional environments.

  • DHS SSBI clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing security).

  • Familiarity with federal detention standards and compliance protocols.

  • Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-security high-pressure environment.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Must be a US citizenor permanent resident Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Bilingual(English/Spanish or other language)

  • Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 orhigher;has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than24 months.

  • Abilityto travel

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs

  • Ability tolift upto 30 lbs.

  • Able to withstand changing environmental conditions with weather (rain lightning and winds)

  • Able to withstand and manipulate through construction areas sports fields etc.

  • Work is performed in secure detention facility settings and office environments including austere conditions.

  • Requires extended periods of sitting standing and operational oversight.

  • May require evening weekend or on-call hours.

  • Exposure to operational and emergency response situations.
