Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for desktop and laptop systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems
- Maintain and update inventory of IT assets
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT support processes
- Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
- Provide training and assistance to staff on IT-related issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows macOS) and applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in technical support or related internships is a plus
