Key Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture including Copilot Agents and their operation within Microsoft 365 service and security boundaries
- Proven experience designing and delivering custom Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills for enterprise use including reliability consistency and risk mitigation.
- Microsoft Power Apps proven experience and qualifications.
- experience working with AI including a strong awareness of regulatory frameworks (i.e. GDPR EU AI Act).
- Strong architectural understanding of Azure AI services used in conjunction with Copilot Agents including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services

Mandatory Skills
- Risk Management skills including mitigation strategies specific to ensuring safe use of AI i.e. bias data security.
- Strong understanding of enterprise identity and access management including Entra ID (Azure AD) and role based access control
- Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments applying AI governance privacy and data protection principles
- Knowledge or experience in one of the following: ML models NLP Computer vision GenAI.
- Understanding data pipelines MLOps data governance and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- AI/ML certifications from AWS Google Microsoft or specialised AI ethics certifications
Nice to Have
experience of design and delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions in a complex high-impact and fast-paced regulated enterprise environment
