Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Surface Coating Technicians to perform surface treatment and coating processes on metal and plastic components in Germany. The role involves preparing coating and finishing parts according to technical specifications for decorative and functional purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform surface coating and finishing of metal and plastic components
Prepare components according to required technical specifications
Apply coatings for decorative and technical purposes
Monitor coating processes and ensure high-quality results
Use measurement tools to check coating thickness and tolerances
Maintain production standards and follow safety procedures
Ensure proper handling of coating materials and equipment
Salary: 3000 Euro Per Month
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in surface coating or surface treatment
Strong experience in surface finishing and coating processes
Ability to work with measurement instruments for coating thickness and tolerance control
Knowledge of coating techniques for metal and plastic materials
German language proficiency: B2 level
Drivers License required
Strong focus on quality and safety standards
Education
Vocational training or technical education in Surface Coating Metal Processing Industrial Manufacturing or a related field
Minimum two-year educational certificate from a recognized institution
