Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in line with the luxury standards of a 5-star Accor hotel. This role ensures high-quality drink preparation excellent guest service and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards and recipes.
Provide attentive professional and friendly service to all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
Ensure proper setup of the bar including glassware garnishes and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
Follow all hygiene safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
Process guest orders accurately and handle payments when required.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender preferably in a luxury hotel restaurant or bar.
Good knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and beverage preparation.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
Guest-focused mindset
