Position Summary
A healthcare facility in Oklahoma City OK is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term contract assignment in a Primary Care setting. The LPN will support both clinical and administrative functions while delivering patient-centered care focused on preventive health population health management and patient education.

Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered care by measuring and recording vital signs
Escort and room patients while preparing them for exams and procedures
Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures
Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed
Perform phlebotomy and collect blood samples for laboratory testing
Document patient visits and clinical information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Respond to patient phone calls and follow established clinical protocols
Educate patients about treatment plans medications and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and updated patient records
Monitor medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms as needed
Support front-office tasks including scheduling patient check-in and general clerical duties
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Experience working in primary care or outpatient clinical settings preferred
Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Strong communication organizational and patient care skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
