Job Summary
POSITION: JOB DESCRIPTION: Physical Education and Health Grades 6-12 Full-time Physical Education and Health Teacher Model professional and ethical standards while working with students peers and parents Understanding of Physical education and health standards Ability to engage students while teaching appropriate grade level standards Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of a wide range of instructional strategies and techniques Strong skills with building relationships within the classroom Understanding the importance of connecting with parents on an ongoing and timely basis Knowledge/use of restorative practices helpful Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the middle-high school climate curriculum and programming REQUIREMENTS: Teaching certificate for grades 6-12 in areas of physical education and health. Additional certifications a plus but not required. WHEN: Assignment would begin with the 2026-2027 school year.
