As a Security Officer - Patrol in Pittsburgh PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine patrols and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns document activity and communicate clearly while delivering welcoming customer service to staff and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial institution location by following site-specific procedures access requirements and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the lobby offices ATM areas and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points observe customer traffic and verify credentials when required following established visitor management and key control processes.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts and support investigations by preserving observations and available video or access control information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
