The Country Club of North Carolina Pinehurst NC
Schedule: Days Nights Weekends and Holidays based on event schedule
The Country Club of North Carolina is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead the setup service and breakdown of banquet events and large functions. This role oversees banquet staff and works closely with culinary teams and management to ensure events run smoothly and members receive exceptional service.
What Youll Do
Oversee event setup service and breakdown according to event specifications
Supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient professional service
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for timely food and beverage service
Maintain clean organized banquet spaces before during and after events
Interact with members and guests addressing requests and ensuring satisfaction
Review event details with event coordinators or management
Monitor banquet supplies and report equipment or inventory needs
Ensure all health safety and sanitation standards are followed
What Were Looking For
Experience in banquet service or hospitality leadership preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
Availability for evenings weekends and holidays
