Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for the office facilities and equipment
- Remain available to respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and facility breakdowns
- Establish and maintain maintenance policies and procedures for the company premises
- Manage and monitor the maintenance budget and related expenses
- Maintain accurate records of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies safety regulations and building standards
- Support the smooth operation and upkeep of the office environment
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in facility maintenance building maintenance or property maintenance is preferred
- Ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks (general repairs equipment upkeep contractor coordination etc.)
- Reliable organized and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of safety practices and building systems (electrical plumbing HVAC etc.)
- Proficiency in English is required
