Job Description:

• Developing and executing test plans for the exploration of a variety of features implementing automated tests for the variousagentic AI flows.

• Build automated regression frameworks that guarantee product reliability as AI models and platforms evolve.

• Develop scalable validation frameworks to stress-test agentic AI flows.

• Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements. Validate end-to-end AI-driven design and verification workflows across RTL generation testbench creation regression debugging and auto-fix loops.

• Collaborate withR&Dto define validation strategies and quality metrics.

• Reproduce isolate and root-cause complex cross-domain bugs.

• Provide actionable feedback to product and R&D teams to improve agent intelligence robustness and user experience.

• Validate cloud and on-prem deployments ensuring scalability security and reproducibility of AI workflows.

• Participate in early customer evaluations byvalidatingreal customer deployments

• Define acceptance criteria and release readiness metrics.

Requirements:

• Complete Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical/Electronic Engineeringetc.

• 4 years of experience inSoftware Development orQuality Assurance/Product Validation.

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environmentwith good Version Control knowledge (Git)

• Strong Proficiency inPythonfor test development automation and data analysis.

• Technical leadership good leadership skills on software quality best practices.

• Strong interest inAI-driven systemsand enthusiasm for working in a fast-evolving technology landscape.

• Deep commitment tosoftware quality robustness and reliability.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills inEnglish and Portuguese.

Nice to have:

• KnowledgeofCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions Jenkins GitLab CI etc.)

• Exposure tocloud platforms(AWS GCP Azure) and distributed systems

• Familiarity withcontainerization(Docker Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of performance and API tests.

• Knowledgeofhardwaredescription languagessuch asSystemVerilog Verilog.

• Understanding ofverification methodologies(UVM formalverification)

• Experience in EDA industry/tools.
