Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and analyse service performance metrics identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Manage vendor relationships Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and project status to management. Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and industry trends.
Education and experience

Skills and behavioural competencies

. Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems including IOT LoRaWAN NB-IoT LTE-M Private APN Mobile Private Network (4G/5G/CBRS) Geofencing and network infrastructure.
. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
. Ability to be autonomous in the daily activities
. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple services simultaneously.
. Proficiency in using telecommunications management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
. Bachelors degree in technical field such as computer science computer engineering business analytics or related field.
Advanced degrees or professional certifications in IoT MPN are highly desirable.
. Strong understanding of IT systems network security and data protection principles.
. Experience with compliance audits risk assessments and implementing corrective actions are a plus.
. Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities capable of effectively collaborating with multiple departments and presenting complex compliance issues in a clear and understandable manner.
