Job Summary

To be considered for the role you must live within a commutable distance to our Longmont CO or Rancho Cordova CA office.  The Talent Programs Specialist supports the delivery of approved enterprise talent initiatives by managing projects building program and learning materials and implementing processes in Workday and related systems. This role is hands-on and execution-focused supporting performance management talent development inclusion employee experience and required learning initiatives. The role works across changing  talent priorities translating approved designs  into operational scalable solutions. 

This role works closely with HR partners program owners and HR technology teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of  talent programs across performance management development inclusion employee experience and required learning 

  • Manage project plans timelines dependencies and launch coordination for talent initiatives and program rollouts 

  • Develop and maintain communications presentations toolkits and job aids  for talent programs 

  • Maintain learning and talent content in Workday and SharePoint ensuring it is accurate consist and easy to use 

  • Translate approved program designs  into documented system and process requirements 

  • Partner with HRIT to support configuration build and delivery of talent processes and content 

  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) document issues and support resolution through deployment 

  • Monitor completion data and support reporting tracking and audit readiness for talent and required learning programs 

  • Adjust focus across initiatives based on business priorities and peak workload periods 


Qualifications :

Education 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communications Instructional Design or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3 years of experience supporting talent HR HRIS or people programs 

  • Experience working in Workday and SharePoint or similar HR platforms 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience coordinating projects timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders 

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide or cross-functional talent programs 

  • Strong writing and content development skills including creation of job aids guides or enablement materials 

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic instructional design practices 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic organization 


Additional Information :

The compensation range for this role is $70080 - $109500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
