Change Impact Planning & Execution
- Should have the experience of conducting structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes roles skills and ways of working
- Must be able to translate CIA outputs into actionable change interventions including Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and targeted engagement actions
- Should be able to maintain integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery
- Must be able to plan and execute effective knowledge transfer establish structured knowledge management approaches and ensure a effective knowledge handover to Managed Services
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Networks
- Must be able to carry out effective stakeholder analysis identifying impact readiness and key risks
- Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement strategies
- Establish and manage change networks (e.g. change champions super users) to drive adoption and twoway engagement
Adoption Metrics & Benefits
- Needs to be able to define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption
- Link change outcomes to measurable benefits including efficiency productivity and improved ways of working
- Assess business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation
Qualifications :
- A pragmatic deliveryfocused approach and the ability to operate effectively in complex ambiguous environments
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes not just delivery of change activity
