In the Employer Branding Team you will learn all about how to position a strong employer brand develop campaigns and build a strong network among target universities. With that knowledge you are perfectly equipped to connect with the talent market build relationships and advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
In the areas of Learning & Development you will join us creating solutions for personnel development leadership and culture. Your rotation is rounded off with a stint at People & Culture Transformation where you will learn METROs approach to organizational planning and People Analytics.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in business/economics with a specialization in Human Resources business psychology or a related field with very good results
Relevant internships in the field of People & Culture / HR
Ability to learn quickly adaptability to new and changing environments open and pro-active personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Both analytical and creative skills while being accurate and reliable
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
