Working Student Operational Excellence, Marketplace (mfd)

About the role:

Join our Marketplace team at the heart of a fast-growing international e-commerce environment and actively shape how operational excellence drives marketplace performance. This role gives you direct exposure to KPI governance process optimization and cross-functional collaboration allowing you to create real impact while developing your analytical and project management skills from day one.

You will work closely with experienced stakeholders across departments and take ownership of structured mini-projects that improve transparency efficiency and scalability in our marketplace operations.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership in collecting structuring and documenting existing processes and KPI logics creating clarity and transparency across the marketplace setup

• Support the continuous improvement of our performance review framework and dashboards helping translate data into meaningful operational insights

• Create and maintain Jira tickets SOPs and structured documentation ensuring knowledge is accessible and scalable

• Prepare Miro boards workshops and decision-making decks while capturing structured meeting notes and tracking action items

• Drive your own mini operational excellence projects contributing directly to process optimization and performance improvements

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are currently enrolled at university and will remain enrolled for at least one more year

• You have a strong interest in e-commerce marketplaces and digital business models

• You bring strong analytical skills and data literacy and feel comfortable working with KPIs and structured documentation

• You are highly detail-oriented and structured enjoy working in fast-paced environments and communicate fluently in English (German is a plus)
