Job Summary
J.S. Held is seeking a Director who is committed to delivering highquality analytical work and reliable client this role you will contribute to multiple assignments across the insurance and construction industries.

- Support Managing Directors in the delivery of delay expert reports and opinions on major energy and construction claims
- Analyse discrete delay events as part of largescale project evaluations
- Review and interpret project documentation to identify delay and disruption issues
- Perform slippage analyses on complex construction and energy projects
Job Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Support the review of construction claims and related project documentation
- Prepare schedule analyses including impact assessments comparisons and narrative summaries
- Develop CPM schedules based on project scope and industrystandard productivity factors
- Ensure accuracy clarity and consistency in assigned deliverables
- Assist with client communications and coordination under the direction of senior leaders
- Support project teams and contribute to internal knowledgesharing initiatives
- Maintain strong proficiency in Primavera P6 Microsoft Excel and core scheduling practices
- Apply working knowledge of:
- Critical path impact analysis
- Delay and productivity assessments
- Demonstrate strong understanding of cost and resource loading concepts
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Produce clear wellstructured technical reports with strong written communication skills
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field
- 710 years of experience preparing and analyzing CPM schedules and construction claims
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications or training
- Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills
- Experience supporting project teams or small workstreams
- Detailoriented mindset with consistent followthrough
Physical and Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed for project or client needs
