Job Summary
We have an exciting role on offer within our Housing service as a Housing Project Officer.
The Housing Project Officer will lead on the planning delivery and monitoring of new and existing housing initiatives such as projects to increase housing and support provision tackle empty property management and work with colleagues in other departments to facilitate specialised housing provision.
The role will include significant liaison with partners including RPs private landlords colleagues in other departments and neighbouring authorities to work to improve housing stock across Middlesbrough.
This is an exciting role at Middlesbrough as housing and increasing provision and supporting our residents is a council priority.
