Subject to formal establishment Joint Boarding process and sS Policies vacancies will arise for two OF4s to serve asSO1 Evaluation Assessment D & E (Logs)at Northwood HQ on ADC/VeRR/VTOD/PTVR Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an earliest proposed start date of 1 May 26 and latest proposed start date of 1 Aug 26. (Start date May be earlier or later depending on candidate status).
Up to 60 RSDs per year are available for the right candidates to conduct each role.
Unit Function:
The role of the Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC) is to optimise and adapt the current integrated force through concepts and warfare development to support UK and NATO joint commanders to achieve operational advantage over adversaries across the continuum of competition.
Position Role:
SO1 Evaluation Assessment D & E will be central to delivering the evaluation of the capability of PJHQ Groups operational HQs as directed by CJO and defined by the Integrated Task List (ITL). SO1 Evaluation Assessment D & E will attend Integrated and Joint Tier 3 and 4 national and international exercises working at the heart of military activity within the Integrated Force. Logs SQEP will be a significant advantage in these roles.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of IWC capability evaluation of Permanent Joint Headquarters Group (PJHQ Gp) including on TRA-endorsed Tier 3-4 exercises.

- Conduct Staff Assisted Visits to support Joint Commanders certification decisions.
|
- Maintain subordinate orders (CONOPS SOI etc) which direct IWC Evaluation activity.
|
- Assist PJHQ J7 with maintaining an up-to-date Integrated Task (IT) List and conduct Evaluation of PJHQ Gps ability to achieve the required ITs.
|
- Liaise with exercise designers to ensure Evaluation objectives are incorporated into exercise design.
|
- Conduct risk analysis and manage issues associated with PJHQ Gps Evaluation.
|
- Provide SME advice to enable DIWC to assure PJHQ Gps ability to meet contingent tasks.
