The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact

1. You will participate in the development of new products and technologies develop process standards and equipment requirements follow up and support production processes.

2. You work closely with global process experts to promote development and application of new processes materials and equipment.

3. You will evaluate machine capacity plan and promote fixed assets investment also optimize production layout process flow production standards and equipment to improve safety quality and productivity and reduce operational costs.

4. You will process review before production starts to highlight the crucial requirements during manufacturing process and handover to production relative departments.

5. You will identify potential issues and risks during production provide solutions.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree or above Electrical High voltage engineering Mechanical or equivalent.

2. Experience in power transformers is preferred.

3. English grade 4 or above good English listening speaking reading and writing skills.

4. Good communication coordination skills and responsible careful and proactive.
