Job Summary

Koniag Government Services is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to support our MarCom team. This is a remote Marketing & Communications Intern will gain experience in digital marketing professional writing and corporate communications. This role involves assisting in the development of marketing collateral content and internal repositories to support business development and growth managing social media content and supporting internal and external communications. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management: Draft and review content for social media (LinkedIn) blogs corporate Intranet and website Media & Digital Marketing: Update and post content and monitor engagementEvent Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special events webinars and virtual or in-person outreach Support: Maintain marketing supply inventory organize digital assets and assist with general office tasks. Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing Communications Public Relations Journalism Business or a related Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Experience with Microsoft SharePoint highly desired. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) or CMS platforms (WordPress) is a Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of AP Style preferred. Proven ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented : A creative eye for design photography or videography is highly Skills: Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
