We are seeking a Work From Home Travel Representative to assist travelers with trip preparation and provide support before and during their travel experiences. This role focuses on helping clients feel confident and informed throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with travelers through phone email and messaging platforms
- Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming trip details
- Provide clear information regarding travel destinations and procedures
- Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness
- Address client concerns and escalate more complex matters when necessary
