Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support a podiatry practice based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience handling front-desk administrative responsibilities in a healthcare setting.
This role involves managing patient communications scheduling appointments and assisting with general administrative tasks while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinics cloud-based system
- Answer and return patient calls emails and messages in a timely manner
- Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
- Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Compensation & Payment
- $6/hour for the first 3 months
- $7/hour after the probationary period
- Payment Method: Wise or Payoneer
- Payment Cycle: Biweekly
Requirements
- Previous medical or dental receptionist experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong English communication and listening skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet and professional work environment
- Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
