Position Name: Senior SAP Concur Consultant

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end clients.
Implement and configure SAP Concur modules particularly Expense (Professional Edition).
Configure workflows custom fields and audit rules in SAP Concur.
Manage integrations between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP.
Provide functional expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with ABAP developers to support technical developments related to SAP Concur.
Configure and support modules including Request Expense and Intelligence.
Provide user training documentation and production support.
Participate in testing deployment and solution documentation.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies and regional regulatory requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills

Strong experience with SAP Concur implementation.
Expertise in configuring Request Expense and Intelligence modules.
Experience integrating SAP Concur with ERP systems such as SAP ERP or S/4HANA.
Hands-on experience with workflow configuration custom fields and audit rules.
Experience in Travel and Expense module implementation and configuration.
Strong client-facing experience leading discovery and requirement gathering sessions.
Knowledge of data integration principles.
SAP Certified Application Associate Concur Solutions certification (mandatory).

Good to Have Skills

Experience with additional SAP Concur modules such as Travel or Invoice.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration.
Understanding of ABAP development and coordination with technical teams.
Experience working with Agile project methodologies.
Experience with reporting dashboards and analytics solutions.
Exposure to global rollout projects and regional compliance configurations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
6 years of experience in SAP Concur implementation projects.
Proven experience in Travel and Expense module implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage client interactions effectively.
