About the Role
As a Content Moderator for a major e-commerce platform you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and quality standards. Using your knowledge of the Greek market attention to detail and strong judgment skills you will help maintain a safe and trustworthy online environment.

Ensure Quality & Safety
Review and moderate content to ensure it complies with platform policies and e-commerce standards.
Policy Compliance
Identify potential policy or legal issues and escalate cases according to established procedures.
Stay Informed
Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce products services and platform policies.
Adapt to Changes
Work with evolving guidelines policies and schedules.
Handle High Volumes
Manage increased content review volumes during campaigns promotions and seasonal peaks.
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Greek (C2 level) and good command of English (B2 level)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with moderation or strong understanding of online platforms
Ability to make rational decisions and handle sensitive content professionally
Resilience and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with rotative schedules
The Offer
Base Salary: 920 gross per month (paid 14 times per year)
Attendance Bonus: 45 per month (11 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net) paid 12 months

Shared apartment room available (for 12 months living costs included will be deducted from the monthly payslip)
Contract Details
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts
8 hours per day
5 working days per week
2 consecutive days off (rotative)
Initial schedule will start with morning shifts later transitioning to rotative shifts (morning evening and night).
Monthly schedules are provided at least 1 month in advance.
Night shifts are paid according to Portuguese labor law (minimum 25% hourly rate).
Final shift allocation is determined by the Team Leader based on operational needs.
