Job Summary
We are looking for a curious motivated and experienced Software Engineer III (Frontend) to join a high-impact consumer web and services this role you will design build and maintain modern performant and scalable web experiences used by millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with product design and engineering partners to help evolve and modernize a large and complex web application stack while contributing to broader architectural discussions across teams.
This is primarily a front-end role with strong collaboration across backend and platform teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable making technical decisions in complex environments enjoys solving ambiguous problems and can balance delivery performance and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and evolve robust scalable web applications using React Redux TypeScript Webpack and Vite.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to design and implement new features for data visualization platforms and consumer-facing web portals.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality accessible and user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in the modernization of legacy systems and frontend architecture.
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure a high-quality and stable codebase.
- Contribute to architectural decisions balancing technical debt performance scalability and maintainability.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use LLM / AI-assisted development tools to ramp up on large codebases generate boilerplate and accelerate delivery.
- Work autonomously on ambiguous problems breaking them down into clear actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and proactively reach out to stakeholders to gather requirements and unblock delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- StrongproficiencywithTypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Redux Webpack and Vite in complex production-grade web applications.
- Solid experience using Git in collaborative development environments.
- Proven experience working in agile development environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Experience making architectural decisions in large-scale frontend systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including debugging and resolving production issues at scale.
- Experience building and maintaining high-traffic web applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment.
