Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient / Inpatient
San Andreas California
Facility: Mark Twain Medical Center
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 30 2026 June 29 2026)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2598.69
Schedule: Day Shift 8-Hour Shifts 40 Hours Per Week
Work Schedule:
Tuesday Saturday
7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Saturday shifts involve inpatient coverage only typically 2.5 hours of work.
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a dynamic role at Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas CA.
This role primarily focuses on outpatient rehabilitation services with occasional inpatient therapy coverage. The therapist will work with patients recovering from injuries surgeries and chronic conditions to restore mobility and improve functional independence.
Care Setting
90% Outpatient Therapy
10% Inpatient Care

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Assist patients with post-operative rehabilitation and injury recovery
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the EMR system
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist License (required at submission facility willing to wait for licensing)
BLS Certification
Preferred Experience
Experience in outpatient or mixed inpatient/outpatient therapy settings
Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills

Scheduling & Assignment Details
Every Other Weekend (EOW) schedule
Travelers may be first to float to other qualified units if needed
Cancellation Policy
Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
Alternatively facility may choose to pay for a scheduled shift instead of canceling
