About the Role

We are looking for a seasonedScrum Masterwith strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery teamfacilitationand cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding ofScrum methodologies the ability to support technical teams working on Java Spring Boot &Azureand the capability to work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Lead andfacilitateall Scrum ceremonies includingDaily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.

Backlog & Delivery Management

• Work closely with Product Owners togroom refine and prioritize the backlog.

• Ensure claritycompletenessand readiness of user stories for development.

• MaintainAzure DevOps (ADO)hygiene by tracking sprint tasks improvingworkflowsand ensuringaccuratereporting.

Technical Collaboration

• Participate intechnical discussionswith engineering and business teams to ensure alignment.

• Understand high-level technical concepts around Java Spring Boot and Azure to drive effective team communication.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with cross-functional teams such as QA ArchitectureDevOpsand Business to enable seamless delivery.

• Facilitate collaboration and dependency management across multiple teams.

Release & Delivery Governance

• Good to have experience inrelease planning and coordination aligning timelines with business goals.

• Ensuretimelyand quality delivery of increments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 yearsof proven experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesand Agile frameworks.

• Experience working with teamsdevelopingJava Spring Boot and Azuretechnologies.

• ProficiencyinAzure DevOps (ADO)for sprint managementdashboardsand reporting.

• Excellent facilitationcommunicationand conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience working withcross-functional teamsin global or distributed environments.

• Ability to support technical discussions and translate functional requirements into team actions.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience inRelease Management.

• Scrum Master Certification.

• Prior experience with large-scale enterprises or FMCG clients.
