Job Summary

Marshfield is looking for an assistant dance coach who is enthusiastic reliable and passionate about helping dancers grow. The ideal candidate supports the head coach by helping teach choreography assisting during practices and performances encouraging dancers and maintaining a positive team environment. Strong communication skills basic dance knowledge and the ability to motivate and work well with students are important. The assistant coach should also be organized supportive and willing to help with team coordination and preparation for events.
