Commercial Lines Senior Associate Client Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Senior Associate Client Representative to join a team. This full-time mid-level position involves supporting the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the guidance of a lead servicer you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $55300 to $72600 (dependent on experience qualifications and level of responsibility).
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package and variable pay programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required tasks.
- Maintain accurate account details contacts and policy information in the EPIC system.
- Organize attach and name documents in EPIC.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to create standard communications for clients and carriers including BORs proposal letters change requests and proofs of insurance.
- Process policy endorsements and billing in EPIC.
- Create and assign activities in EPIC to relevant team members.
- Order and manage loss runs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Essential Skills/Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word with basic formatting skills.
- Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier websites.
- Basic understanding of property and casualty insurance coverage.
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet the expectations of co-workers and clients.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to meet quality standards and complete urgent tasks efficiently.
- Capability to follow established processes and deliver results under the close direction of senior team members.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
