Harborview Medical Center Telesitter Program has an opportunity for a Remote Monitoring Tech Lead.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 90% FTE (36 hours per week)

  • Night shift

Position Highlights:

  • Remote Monitoring Tech Lead performs all duties of the CNA/Telesitter role andmakes independent judgments decisions and acts regarding a wide range ofroutine and complex staffing and Remote Monitoring department workflow issues.

  • This role supervises daily operations and employee performances serves as an educational resource for new and existing staff and assists with equipment malfunctions and maintenance

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following functions:

  • Performs all duties of the CNA/Telesitter role

  • Partners with manager leadership team coworkers and promotes healthy work environment

  • Manages equipment including stocking & ordering periodic maintenance & cleaning safety inspections trouble shooting maintenance and setup of equipment

Qualified candidates:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED

  • Required: Active Nursing Assistant-Certified (CNA) with the State of Washington

  • A minimum of 1-year of CNA experience

Compensation Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$30.30 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$43.39 hourly

Other Compensation:

Evening Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour Night Shift Differential: $2.25 per hour Weekend Pay Differential: $1.50 per hour
