The Opportunity: TransferPricing&CustomsAssociate

As a Transfer Pricing& CustomsAssociateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Detailed analyses of financial statementsfor our clients and for comparables industry overviews and comparable analyses of financial transactions and companies

• Assistin data collectionbothfrom our clients and publicly availableanalysisinformation and writing of background documents including short memos and research papers

• Draftingdeliverables includingPowerPoint memos and detailed reports

• Keep up to date with technology and make suggestions for process improvements

• Data research using both publicly accessible and firm-specific databases

• Follow risk management and compliance procedures

• Keep up to date with developments in area of specialism

• Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner

• Share and collaborate effectively with others

• Identifyand make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise

• Build andmaintainan internal and external network

• Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms

• Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve:

• Business Administration Finance or Economics related degrees. A graduate degree is considered an asset.

• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulatenew ideas

• Ability to manipulate public databases and PwC proprietary benchmarking tools as well as robust skills using software applications including ExcelPowerBI Alteryx etc.

• You should be conscientious self-motivated and be able to assume responsibility for various aspects of a project within a team framework

• Ability to easily adapt and prioritizedemonstratingproject management skills to handle changing priorities

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
