Join Valmet as a Planner within our Tissue Converting Services Operations and Delivery team in Lucca.

In this temporary position youll play an active role in planning scheduling and managing material flows for upgrade projects in the converting roll and fold segment. This is a great opportunity for junior candidates who want to grow in a dynamic industrial environment and work closely with several key functions across the organization.

Youll collaborate with Services Engineering Inside Sales Purchasing Warehouse Operations and Project Managers. Your daily activities will include creating project structures in SAP updating BOMs supporting technical changes handling purchase requisitions coordinating material movements and following up on procurement activities. You will also join production meetings and contribute to project prioritization and execution.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage material requirements and support planning and scheduling for upgrade and revision projects.
Create and maintain project structures and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
Coordinate material availability warehouse operations and material movements.
Work with Purchasing and Inside Sales to manage procurement needs and monitor pending materials.
Collaborate with Services Engineering and Project Managers on priorities technical updates and project progress.
Prepare and oversee purchase requisitions and support production meeting activities.

Expectations for You:

Bachelors degree in Management Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Recent graduate or 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of product analysis planning processes production flows and logistics.
Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
Strong accuracy organization and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
Teamoriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
