Marketing Specialist- Global & Strategic AccountsPosition Overview
As a Marketing Specialist on the Global and Strategic Accounts Marketing Team you will play a key role in developing highimpact marketing materials programs and strategic communication tools that support Global and Strategic ona strong foundationof experience this position requiresa high-level ofautonomy deep strategic thinking and increased ownership of complex multilayered projects.
In this role you will independently manage a wide range of marketing requests guide content strategy and help shape the direction of projects to ensure all deliverables reflect the distinct identity of each commercial brand. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and crossfunctional partners acrossPatcraft Shaw Contract Philadelphia Commercial Sustainability CDS SIS and other Commercial Division teams to advance strategic account priorities and strengthen annuity relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
Project & Workflow Leadership
Independentlymanagecomplex requestsby developingwell-structuredproject plans clarifying scope setting timelines and proactivelyidentifyingresource management softwareto track each projectclarifyscopesettimelines and proactivelyidentifyresourceneeds.
Manage multiple concurrent projectswith increasing autonomyprioritizing tracking hours overseeing workflows and ensuring all contributors deliver alignedhigh-qualityoutputs.
Provide strategicdirectionsto Coordinators by reviewing their project contributions offering coaching and verifying that upstream work meets brand standards and project goals.
Content Strategy & Development
Own the development of marketing contentresearchwriting andoutliningtoshapemessaging for strategicaccounts
Collaborate with Marketing Managersto ensure all contentreaches the correct audiencesupports broader business strategies brand positioning andcustomer specificobjectives.
Lead discussions with graphic designerstocommunicate goalsanddesign with theintentof the deliverable.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner directly with RFP and Contracts teamswhenmarketing componentsalignfor major proposalsand work with the Contracts team whencompliance with contract requirements and approved product pricingisrequested.
Coordinate with Commercial Division partnersPatcraftand Shaw Contract Segment DirectorsEnterpriseSustainabilityteam CDS(Custom Design Studio) SIS(Shaw Integrated Solutions) and other Commercial Division partnersto ensure that marketing initiatives areaccurate compelling and strategically aligned across all stakeholders.
Strategic Data Translation & Business Reviews
Own the preparation of complex KPI Business Reviewsby interpreting Excel dataand pivot tables and transforming insights into visually compellingpolishedPowerPoint presentations.
Influencedecision-makingbysuggesting alternativeoptions andseekingcreativesolutionsforthe best way to present large data sets and productspurchasedso it is beneficial toend-usermarketing.
Advanced Project Guidance & Creative Direction
Develop comprehensive creative briefswith complete project instructions visual asset needs product references and technical details to guide design teams efficiently.
Shape the creative directionfor multistage deliverables campaigns or recurring product standards ensuring assetsmaintainbrand integrity and support strategicobjectives.
Mentorship & Team Influence
Provide guidance and coachingtotheMarketing Coordinator(s)reviewingand proofreadingwork helping prioritize tasks and contributing to skill development as part of the teams talent progression.
Support Marketing Managersinlong-termplanning byidentifyinggapswith our team and individual development proposing new asset needs andhelping toevolve the teams marketingskillset.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related fieldwith1-3 years of experience in marketingrequired OR 4-6 years equivalent experience
Ability to work onsite in Cartersville minimum of 3 days/week
Flexible and willing to work outside standard business hours to support international partners
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills withtheability to simplify complex information.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Comfortable workingcross functionallyand communicating with senior leadersfunctionally and communicating with seniorleadersfunctionallyand communicating with senior leaders
