USF Advancement is undergoing significant modernization and we are seeking a forward-thinking Power Platform and AI Solutions Developer to help shape the next phase of our digital capabilities. This hands-on technical role is ideal for a builder who thrives at the intersection of platform engineering automation and applied AI and who is motivated by creating practical solutions that improve how people work.
Reporting to the Director of Systems and Infrastructure the role translates business needs into scalable well-designed solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. As a core member of the Technology Innovation and Strategic Solutions (TISS) team you will modernize legacy applications streamline workflows and build secure maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and complementary low code and no code tools ensuring seamless integration with Dataverse Fabric and SQL based systems. This work is central to reducing technical debt enabling responsible low-code and AI development and ensuring Advancements digital ecosystem remains integrated resilient and aligned with institutional priorities.
The ideal candidate brings a builders mindset an architects discipline and a strong desire to simplify and elevate the day-to-day experience of staff. This position is essential to reducing technical debt creating sustainable patterns for low code and AI development and ensuring our digital ecosystem continues to evolve in alignment with institutional goals.
