Working Days: Monday Friday
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 15000 per month
Conversion: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time opportunity post internship.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Interns to support our recruitment team with day-to-day hiring coordination and candidate management activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and the opportunity to learn how a high-performing Talent Acquisition function works.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate interest and basic fit
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment operations and coordination tasks
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Comfortable working with computers spreadsheets and online tools
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Interest in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
