Essential Job Functions
All essential job functions are performed for 8 to 10 hour shifts. Employees are required to perform Outbound and Inbound responsibilities on a repetitive basis.
Outbound Duties
Picking
Select lift and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 50 pounds from various height locations floor level and up on a repetitive basis
Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts at higher level racking locations requiring normal depth perception agility and balance. Working in excess of 25 off floor level is common.
Push carts on rollers while picking parts in the bin area.
Match location numbers on order ticket with geographic location in warehouse to select correct part location
Match part numbers on order with part numbers on packaging for accurate order fulfillment
Prolonged standing and/or walking for long periods of time required
Knee bending squatting stooping or kneeling required
Consolidation
Group totes of product on carts to stage for packing
Packing
Select appropriate packaging material to transport product to customer
Print labels and affix to packages
Use bar code scanning device
Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment
Housekeeping (Utility)
Sweeping
Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Inbound Duties
Breakout
Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away
Confirm accuracy of received materials
Verify quality and quantity of parts received
Put-a-way
Verify proper location for put-a-way
Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse
Lift and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 50 pounds from various height locations floor level and up on a repetitive basis

Part Relocation/Secondary Creation
Concepting parts to fit location
Housekeeping (Utility)
