At AGC Biologics we bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the Søborg our GMP production relies on utilities that must perform every day without compromise. As our Utility Engineer you will help ensure stable compliant and reliable utility systems and solve the kind of technical challenges that truly matter.
Your impact in the role
You will take ownership of the operation and maintenance of critical water systems supporting GMP production areas and laboratories. Your focus will be to keep systems performing ensure GMP compliance and drive continuous improvements that strengthen reliability and up time.
Your day-to-day mission
Own operation and maintenance of water systems serving GMP-classified areas ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and implement practical corrective actions.
Execute and document planned and corrective maintenance in process-critical/GMP environments.
Keep technical documentation current (e.g. P&IDs SOPs maintenance instructions).
Support change control deviations and CAPAs within your area.
Contribute to projects by providing operational input and ensuring smooth handover to operations.
Represent Utilities during inspections/audits and support validation/investigations as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation to support continuous operations (planned and compensated).

You will join the Utility team in Plant Engineering responsible for manufacturing maintenance metrology utility operations asset management and compliance across the Copenhagen site. We own mission-critical infrastructure such as HVAC PW/WFI clean steam compressed air technical gases and cooling systems.
The team consists of 10 experienced technicians and engineers. We collaborate closely share knowledge and have a strong sense of accountability both within the team and across key stakeholders.

We imagine you bring:
A relevant technical background (e.g. Engineer Marine Engineer/Maskinmester or similar).
Experience from regulated industries such as pharma biotech or food.
Comfort working with documentation and compliance in GMP environments.
Communication skills in Danish and English (spoken and written).

Working hours and on-call
Most work is performed during normal business hours with occasional evening/weekend work required to safeguard production. The on-call schedule is well organized planned with respect for the individual and compensated according to the local agreement.
