Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Monitor Monitoring Application Infra Cloud Platform Batch Schedule Jobs alert that impact local and global operations.
Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to manage and resolve service-impacting events.
Escalate critical events and provide guidance to Site Manager and technical teams promptly.
Produce accurate time-sensitive communications and reports during incidents.
Log track and mentor teams on the sequence and resolution of events during crises.
Engage support groups and coordinate technical bridges to minimize production impacts.
Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Moogsoft BPPM Petrol Splunk) and ITSM tools (Remedy SNOW).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of guiding L1 support teams using SOPs.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work under pressure and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
