About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our growing this role you will work closely with the Founding Principal / Senior Structural Engineer to support the design and analysis of structural systems across a variety of projects.
You will contribute to engineering calculations assist with design concepts and help translate structural requirements into coordinated drawings and models. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop technical expertise build professional judgment and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.
Projects range from small fast-turnaround tasks to larger multi-month engagements primarily focused on industrial structures equipment supports and utility support systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support structural design and analysis for new structures and existing structure modifications or repairs
Perform engineering calculations and assist with structural modeling
Collaborate with the Founding Principal / Senior Structural Engineer on project concepts and solutions
Translate structural requirements into coordinated drawings and models
Contribute to projects ranging from short-term tasks to multi-month engineering engagements
Ensure engineering work meets schedule budget and quality expectations
Participate in a collaborative team environment while gradually taking on increasing responsibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
02 years of professional structural engineering experience
Strong technical organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently meet commitments and take ownership of assigned work
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project priorities
Technical Skills
Experience with engineering tools such as:
RISA3D
Navisworks
Bluebeam
AutoCAD
Familiarity with Revit is a plus
Working knowledge of U.S. structural engineering codes is desirable including:
