Job Title: Finance Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM HKT
Work Setup: 2 to 4 weeks of onsite onboarding followed by a transition to work-from-home Day Shift (HK Timezone)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge hands-on experience with Xero and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily revenue and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts including financial statements and reports.
- Support payment processing activities ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A high degree of accountability reliability and initiative in completing tasks.
