*This is a Remote position with our Home Base in Downtown Los Angeles*

The Reality: Most automotive dealerships are bleeding profit because they lack leadership and systems. The Solution: We fix them. The Role: You find them.

At Chris Collins Inc. we dont just sell. We transform businesses from negative profitability to massive growth. We are looking for a B2B Growth Machine to join our remote team (HQ in Downtown Los Angeles) and open doors that others cant.

What youll do:

  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage leads directly from our CRM to identify viable business prospects.
  • Strategic Outreach: Initial contact to engage decision-makers
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct Discovery Calls to uncover client pain points and business goals
  • Deal Facilitation: Bridge the gap between interest and acquisition by scheduling Strategy Sessions for our Sales Director

  • Youre a Finisher: You dont just check boxes. You uncover pain points qualify leads and facilitate the handoff that leads to a closed deal.

The Requirements:

  • 5 Years of B2B Sales: You know how to navigate high-level gatekeepers.

  • CRM Integrity: If it isnt in the CRM it didnt happen. You keep a clean data-driven pipeline.

  • Automotive Experience: You speak the language of the Service Drive.
  • Ownership Mentality: We dont micromanage. We provide the tools; you provide the results.
