Job Summary
Housekeeping Houseperson
As a Housekeeping Houseperson you will support the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas delivering linens and supplies and assisting with room resets. Your role ensures that both guest rooms and common areas meet HVMGs cleanliness standards. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the behind-the-scenes support for our hotels housekeeping team ensuring they have everything they need to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Your daily tasks will include stocking housekeeping carts delivering supplies to guest rooms and assisting with cleaning tasks as needed.
- You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

- Public Area Cleaning
- Clean and maintain lobby hallways elevators breakfast area public restrooms and other assigned spaces.
- Perform carpet cleaning in guest rooms and public areas as needed following the preventative maintenance schedule.
- Support for Housekeeping Team
- Stock housekeeping carts with clean linens amenities and supplies.
- Remove soiled linens and transport them to laundry or designated areas.
- Assist with room turns when needed (e.g. delivering items helping reset rooms).
- Property Walks & Guest Support
- Conduct property walks to identify cleanliness issues maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests (extra towels pillows supplies).
- Professional Expectations
- Maintain a clean safe and guestready environment throughout all public spaces.
- Work efficiently and independently while supporting the housekeeping team.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards for cleanliness and guest service.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 2040 lbs push/pull housekeeping carts and stand/walk for long periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as vacuuming mopping and stocking.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
