Deine Aufgaben:
Unterstützung des Sekretariats Ulm
Reiseabrechnung Reisebuchung Bestellungen Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings und Events
Versandtätigkeiten
Administrative Tätigkeiten zum ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf i Office Ulm
